Q: How do I return an item?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it for a full refund it up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Customer pays for return shipping. Mail the item back to us @ Madison Mathews 178 King Street Charleston SC 29401 within 14 days of purchase date. Please include your order number.

Starting February 23rd, Items returned past 14 days are only eligible for store credit.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to exchange merchandise. If you would like another size, place a new order for the correct size and return the item that did not fit. We will issue a refund for that item as soon as we receive it.

 

Q: How do I care for my merchandise?

A: We recommend washing in cold water and hang to dry.

 

Q: Can I return my online order to the store?

A: Absolutely. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 days. However, we are unable to process your return in the store due to the fact that our actual store and online store use two different point of sale systems.

 

Q: How does your merchandise fit?

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: We use USPS and UPS. A tracking number will be sent to your email address after the shipment has been processed. Please add your email address to your order so we can keep you updated on your shipment.

 

Q: How will I know if my return has been received?

A:  As soon as we receive your return we will issue a refund. You will be sent an email notification that your item has been returned and a refund is in the process. Please allow some time for the refund to process. Each bank/credit card company is different.
